From our humble beginnings in an entrepreneur’s garage to our current role as an industry leader, the ionSpa core values have never changed. Keep it simple. Work together. Remember where you came from. Those values continue to reverberate with every footbath that is manufactured and sold to our customers.
While Bella Spa Products continues to evolve and expand, we still realize the importance of the personal touch. Each phone call is still answered by an actual person, each staff member is available to our customers and each unit is still built by hand using the highest quality materials and technology available. We recognize that the growth and transformation of our company is important and inevitable. Change gives us the opportunity to help more people live healthier and live happier. But some things just don’t need to change. Our core values are what got us here, and will remain the foundation of the ionSpa team.
To help you put a face with a voice on the phone or an email, below are some of the ionSpa team that you will most frequently talk with. Remember that we are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (CST) to take your orders, answer your questions or help with a problem.
Alan Shepard
Sales/Marketing
Alan handles all the sales and marketing needs of the ionSpa, and is available to all customers and distributors. He is your resource for Distributor inquiries or questions.
Kim Constable
Customer Service
Kim is our outgoing customer service and sales representative at the ionSpa. She handles distributor relations and warranty questions as well.
Frances Burch
Shipping/Accounting Assistant
Frances handles our shipping and exporting. She is your contact for after the sale needs such as package tracking, and commision questions.
Roger Hollinger
Production
Roger supervises production and shipping of ionSpa products. He is also our purchasing and vendor relations representative.
Joel Constable
Operations Manager
Joel supervises the day-to-day operations of the Company. He handles the technical needs and warranty authorization for our customers. Joel also is in charge of our vendor relations.
Larry Lewter
President/Janitor
Larry is the founder and owner of Bella Spa Products, LLC. He oversees most all daily operations and decisions for the company. Also jokingly known as our Janitor.
Leslie Black
CFO
Leslie is the CFO of the ionSpa. She oversees all financial aspects of the company as well as manages the human resources.
